Whitewater Finished

To finish out the Whitewater merit badge that we'd started last year at Horseshoe Lake, we finally made a trip down Henry's Fork of the Snake River just north and east of St. Anthony. It was a bit chilly but otherwise perfect for our trip.

Cycling Merit Badge

Over the summer we've been working away at the Cycling Merit Badge.  An update to the old requirements gave us a mountain biking option and we used it to great advantage.  Here are a few pictures of the initial rides:

We capped off the rides with a 22 mile ride through the Warm River area of Island Park.  

The weather was perfect, and the boys put in a good time.  Along the way we visited

Upper Mesa Falls 

and Lower Mesa Falls.
